These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StreamBos website and application (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

StreamBos lets you broadcast your own media to YouTube Live and manage those broadcasts. You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platform you connect, including the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Your Content

You retain all rights to the media you upload or stream. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and licenses for all content you broadcast, including video, music, and any third-party material. You must not use the Service to stream content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates the rights of others.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and stream keys, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not use the Service to violate YouTube's or any provider's policies.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (such as YouTube, Google Drive, and AI providers) at your direction. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

6. AI Features

Upcoming AI-powered features generate suggestions and content automatically. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable policies and laws.

7. Availability

We strive for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. For self-hosted deployments, availability depends on your own infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamBos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms others or the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
